Descrizione del ruolo In qualit\u00e0 di Service manager con sede di lavoro a Nola, la persona selezionata sar\u00e0 responsabile della gestione operativa quotidiana dell-officina e del post-vendita in modalit\u00e0 full time e in presenza. Coordiner\u00e0 il team tecnico, pianificando e monitorando le attivit\u00e0 di manutenzione e riparazione, garantendo il rispetto di tempi, standard di qualit\u00e0 e sicurezza. Si occuper\u00e0 della gestione delle richieste dei clienti, dellpertura e chiusura delle commesse, del controllo dei costi e delltt optimizzazione delle risorse. Il service manager collaborer\u00e0 inoltre con le altre funzioni aziendali per migliorare i processi di assistenza, analizzare i dati di performance e proporre azioni correttive e di sviluppo del servizio. Qualifiche Esperienza consolidata nella gestione di servizi di assistenza tecnica, officine o post-vendita nel settore automotive o affini. Competenze in organizzazione delle attivit\u00e0, pianificazione delle risorse e monitoraggio delle performance operative. Capacit\u00e0 di leadership, coordinamento di team eterogenei e sviluppo delle persone. Ottime abilit\u00e0 di comunicazione, orientamento al cliente e gestione delle relazioni con utenti finali e fornitori. Buona dimestichezza con strumenti digitali, software gestionali di officina e principali applicativi Office. Titolo di studio in ambito tecnico o gestionale e conoscenza di base delle normative su sicurezza e qualit\u00e0 nei servizi. #J-18808-Ljbffr
