Warehouse SupervisorThe Warehouse Supervisor will lead warehouse, receiving, and inventory operations in a manufacturing environment. This role oversees material flow, inventory accuracy, receiving activities, and a team of warehouse professionals to ensure production runs efficiently and safely.ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and support a team of warehouse employees.Oversee daily receiving, inventory control, and stockroom operations.Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and material organization.Manage material replenishment, Kanban programs, and production floor stock.Coordinate inbound shipments, material inspections, and inventory transactions within the ERP system.Ensure compliance with safety policies, PPE requirements, and material-handling procedures.Investigate inventory discrepancies and enforce FIFO inventory practices.Support intercompany transfers and identify process improvement opportunities.Qualifications5+ years of warehouse, inventory, or stockroom experience.2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.Experience with ERP systemsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Forklift and other material handling equipment experience preferred.Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000Benefits:Health, dental, and vision, life, short/long term disability insurance401(k) offeringPaid time off and holidays (80 hours PTO)Paid sick leave where applicable by state law.LHH is a leader in permanent recruitment—and in the placement of top talent.
