Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience with Home Care Home Base documentation required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekends
• Coverage area includes Marlboro County, Dillon County, and Marion County
