VP, Business Compensation & People Strategy

Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

A leading global investment firm is seeking a seasoned professional to serve as a compensation advisor, managing compensation programs aligned with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in an analytical field and have over 7 years of experience in compensation or a related area. Responsibilities include leading the annual compensation cycle, managing complex transactions, and translating data insights for executive audiences.
