About The Team You’ll Join You’ll work with: Scheduling & Admin — efficient calendars, confirmations, and route planning Report QA — clarity, consistency, and compliance checks before delivery Training & Safety — tools, mentorship, and CE support to keep skills sharp Leadership — standards, feedback loops, and a clear growth path What We’re Hiring For Branch 3 Termite Inspector (Sacramento County) - Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough termite and wood-destroying organism (WDO) inspections in accordance with California regulations Generate clear, accurate reports for real estate transactions and homeowners Communicate findings professionally with clients, agents, and internal teams Collaborate with in-house repair teams for seamless project handoffs Maintain a professional appearance and represent Goodlife Inspections with integrity Requirements Active Branch 3 Field Representative license (Required) 2+ years of termite inspection experience Professional communication and customer service skills Knowledge of structural pest control regulations and standards Valid CA driver’s license and a clean driving record Reliable, self-motivated, and organized Company Benefits: We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and a 401(k) with employer provided matches.
