As a Manager, Total Wireless Operations, you will lead the efforts surrounding Field Operations in our Total Wireless Division. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of comprehensive tools in support of new programs and services for our stores Hold regular calls and meetings with key contributors to drive collaboration Prepare operational reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information Develop analytical tools for the sales team, and be responsible for upkeep of operational reports Provide analysis for operational categories including trend analysis, dashboard, rankings and other miscellaneous reports. Analyze processes and procedures, provide recommendations for improvement Provide debriefs upon project completion, to include holding all involved parties accountable and celebrating successes Identify and elevate misses to deadlines for appropriate follow-up Maintain a strong relationship with our Exclusive Retailers What We Are Looking For At least 4 years of experience in wireless retail operations. Accordingly, we are looking for you to bring the following: Extraordinary attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task, and adjust to frequent change Effective problem-solving skills Passionate regarding merchandising and operational functionality of a retail location Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills Experience in project management preferred Prior financial/sales reporting experience preferred Strong background in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) WHY JOIN US?
