Studio Coordinator

Support the world-class CorePower Yoga studio experience by coordinating studio operations and maintaining health and safety standards Support the Studio Manager in achieving membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, teacher and SET recruitment, and programming enrollment goals Work 18–29 hours per week in studio supporting operations coordination and teaching if certified Act as point of contact for students and staff when the Studio Manager is absent, up to 20 hours per week Maintain studio supply inventory, cleanliness inventory, locker room amenities, towels, and programming materials Greet students, foster community at the front desk, and serve as an ambassador of yoga Support teachers with POS and pre/post-class duties Uphold cleanliness, functionality, heat, humidity, music, and safety standards Communicate Smart Health Protocol to students Clean the studio, stock amenities, and follow cleanliness protocols Interview, hire, schedule, train, discipline, and terminate SET employees as needed Lead orientation for new Studio Experience Team members Coordinate POS, online reservation, subbing, HRIS, and help desk systems Submit facilities tickets and communicate follow-up needs to the Studio Manager Teach a minimum of 6 branded CorePower Yoga classes per week and sub additional classes as needed Requirements Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Value Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism and exceptional interpersonal skills are required Experience in Customer Service required Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred Yoga Sculpt teacher training is preferred Familiar and comfortable in studio systems such as the HRIS, intranet, point of sale systems, company scheduling and payroll systems, etc. Ability to build relationships with individuals with diverse personalities and styles and at different levels of seniority Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize while working under multiple deadlines Proven self-starter with ability to take on new projects with enthusiasm Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel Excellent Time Management skills Ability to take initiative and prioritize College (BA/BS) preferred Availability for morning, evening, weekend and some holiday schedules Must be able to move around the studio space, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs. If certified to teach, must be able to step in to teach class with little to no notice while scheduled in the studio Core Competencies Demonstrates strong operational coordination and customer service skills within a yoga studio environment, while upholding health and safety standards.
