To support a growing field and partner marketing team, the full-time Global Marketing Programs Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute scalable global marketing initiatives that drive demand and support customer expansion in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Bridge strategy and field execution by translating global messaging and product launches into integrated program playbooks Execute multi-channel demand programs, managing initiatives like webinars, direct mailers, and virtual events to enhance pipeline growth Deploy templated initiatives for scale, creating frameworks that enable regional teams to localize and execute programs efficiently Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 5 years of B2B demand generation, campaign operations, or global program management experience Deep understanding of multi-channel execution across various marketing strategies Proven ability to align campaign themes with product marketing and sales pipeline goals Exceptional collaboration skills with experience in a matrixed environment
