Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Loan Officers throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Collect, organize, and maintain borrower documentation.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text regarding loan status and outstanding items.
• Track and follow up on conditions required for processing and underwriting.
• Assist with file preparation, data entry, and pipeline management.
• Ensure accurate and complete records while maintaining confidentiality.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Loan Officer Assistant or in a mortgage support role required.
• Strong understanding of the residential mortgage process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with mortgage and office software systems.
