And we have fun doing it.As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader, you will report to a Field Manager, and your primary focus is maintaining some of Omaha's most beautiful properties, all in line with our vision to be the most loved landscape company in the Midwest.Lead, motivate, and delegate landscaping tasks to your team of 2-3 crew membersMaintain efficient communication with everyone that you work with, allowing you to champion an extraordinary level of customer servicePrioritize quality and safety in all you do to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of our landscaping services2-3 years of landscape maintenance experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to drive a truck and trailer setup is preferred, but not requiredAbility to run landscaping equipment, which includes but is not limited to mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, and chainsawsAbility to follow instructions and work as a team playerAn inclusive, passionate, and fun work environmentThe opportunity to grow your career in concert with the natural worldGreat potential for personal and professional growthAn amazing discount on all the plants and plant things you love
