Client Accounting Bookkeeper (Remote)An established and growing organization seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeping professional to support a portfolio of small to mid-sized business clients.Perform full-cycle monthly bookkeeping including reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, and general ledger maintenance for clients with revenues between $1M–$20M.This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity with immediate hiring needs.100% remote role supporting clients across various U.S. locations.The company is expanding its client accounting services division and needs a reliable professional to ensure accurate and timely financials for its growing client base.Remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment with regular virtual communication and team support.Competitive salary commensurate with experience plus potential performance-based incentives.This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day bookkeeping needs of multiple clients, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting while acting as a trusted accounting resource.Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliationsMaintain and update general ledger accountsPrepare and post journal entriesGenerate monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)Manage accounts payable and receivable processesAssist with month-end and year-end close proceduresCommunicate with clients to gather financial data and resolve discrepanciesEnsure adherence to accounting best practices and internal processes3+ years of bookkeeping or client accounting experienceExperience working with small to mid-sized businesses preferredProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar platforms)Strong understanding of GAAP principlesExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple clients and deadlines independentlyStrong communication skills in a remote environment Staff Financial Group
