Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:


- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients, adhering to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members and the patients' families to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Collect relevant health data and analyze it to determine diagnoses and care issues.
- Develop and implement care plans, evaluating progress toward achieving patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and team members.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Appropriately delegate tasks and coordinate duties among healthcare team members.
- Embrace a healing and compassionate environment while performing other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:


- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
- Valid certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) are mandatory.
- Additional certifications required: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and S.T.A.B.L.E Certification (STABLE).
- At least two years of recent experience in the field is preferred.
