Job Description
Title: Nurse - Critical Care

Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Assignment Details:
- Guaranteed Hours: 36.00
- Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required.
- Current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
- S.T.A.B.L.E Certification required.
- At least two years of recent experience in the field preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff and coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines.
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans to address patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and identify outcomes in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Provide health education and learning opportunities for patients and family members.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
