Overview
Registered Nurse – Emergency Room, Fort Bragg, California. Start date 10/12/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Weekly pay range: $2,036–$2,172. Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (3x12). Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, ensuring safe and efficient patient flow.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
- Assess patient status, monitor changes, and respond promptly to evolving clinical conditions.
- Document care accurately and communicate updates to the care team to support continuity of care.
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, and privacy in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Requirements
- Active registered nurse (RN) license in California.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum 1 year of emergency department or acute care nursing experience.
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary setting.
