About the Role

The Company is in search of an SVP of Product, Media with a strong background in product leadership, retail media, commerce media, ad tech, programmatic, or enterprise media platforms, particularly with a focus on AI innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the full-funnel media product strategy, including AI-first product direction, and will work closely with a global product team to ensure the strategy is in line with local customer and market needs. This role demands a leader with a deep understanding of how brands and agencies manage their media investments, from planning to optimization, and the ability to translate this knowledge into a clear product roadmap that drives business impact. Applicants must have at least 15 years' of experience in a relevant field and a proven track record of leading distributed or international product teams. The role requires a strong customer-facing executive presence, the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, and a commercial mindset to support sales and strategic customer growth. The SVP will also be the voice of the customer, engaging with enterprise brands and agencies to understand their needs and ensure that the company's media products remain competitive and innovative. Experience with a range of commerce media ecosystems and a background in areas such as incrementality, attribution, and budget optimization is essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and have the ability to turn complex product and market topics into clear, actionable strategies.
