Owner's Representative / Program Manager Our client is a highly regarded owner's representation and project management firm with a strong Boston presence and a client roster that includes Ivy League universities, major academic medical centers, and institutional real estate developers. The firm manages over $1B in active capital programs and is growing its senior team to meet sustained client demand. As Owner's Representative / Program Manager you will serve as the client's eyes and ears throughout the full project lifecycle — from site selection and feasibility through design, permitting, construction, and occupancy. You will manage GC and architect relationships on behalf of the owner, review and negotiate contracts and change orders, track budget and schedule performance, and report directly to C-suite or board-level stakeholders. This role requires someone who has sat on both sides of the table — ideally with prior experience at a GC or CM firm before transitioning to owner representation.
