Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. This position will involve providing high-quality patient care in a critical access setting, with a focus on both outpatient and acute care services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care activities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to improve patient outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum [X] years of experience in a nursing role, preferably in critical access or similar settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.

Work Environment

This role is situated in a critical access facility offering a mix of outpatient and acute care services, including swing-beds and long-term care. The Registered Nurse will collaborate with a dedicated team to provide comprehensive care to diverse patient populations.
