Scribe to join our team. In this role, you will gather and document information about clients for their doctors’ visits. Responsibilities include printing lab reports, completing summaries of treatment sessions, charting doctor’s appointments, and operating electronic health records. Responsibilities Signing bonus paid after 6 weeks of uninterrupted, full-time employment. Retention bonus paid after 90 days of uninterrupted, full-time, employment.

Candidates should be compassionate, kind, professional and energetic.EMR experience , medication knowledge, good verbal and written communication skills and routine procedure experience a must.Documenting patients’ visits by taking notes and entering them in the electronic health records systemCollaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and comprehensive patient documentationCoordinate with doctor to complete and submit medical recordsComplete medical assisting and administrative tasks as requestedQualificationsHigh school diploma/GED or equivalentPrevious experience as a Medical Scribe or in a similar positionAbility to take detailed notes and accurate documentationStrong computer and transcription skillsAbility to adhere to strict confidentiality requirementsHighly organized with excellent time-management skillsAbility to work well under pressure
