Account Manager – Whitney Owens State Farm
Little Rock & Benton, Arkansas

Grow your sales career while helping customers protect what matters. Whitney Owens State Farm is seeking a relationship-driven Account Manager who enjoys connecting with people, identifying their needs, and achieving sales goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Build customer relationships and provide responsive service.

  • Identify insurance needs, prepare quotes, and recommend coverage.

  • Develop leads, follow up with prospects, and meet sales goals.

  • Manage policy updates and maintain accurate customer records.
What You’ll Bring

  • Strong communication and follow-through.

  • A customer-focused approach and sales motivation.

  • Sales or customer service experience preferred.

  • Applicable insurance licenses or willingness to obtain them.
