Program Manager

Reference: 85347-367535GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:To ensure programs meet the customer’s scope and schedule expectations, as well as company budgeted profit. This position will manage multiple programs. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Performs final job review and resolves ongoing technical and contractual job requirements (schedule, technical requirements, and budget).Responsible for program budget, schedule, monitoring, and completion of goals and milestones in accordance with approved plans.Establishes Program organization structure and priorities (resource management, scheduling, staff).Coordinates internal functions to ensure all required tasks are being completed.Maintains ongoing communication with customers to accomplish program goals.
