Founding GTM Lead — Head of Sales & Accounts

Pika is seeking a founding GTM leader to own and scale sales and account management from the ground up in Palo Alto, CA. You will drive customer acquisition, establish revenue playbooks, and set the standard for how we engage with customers and execute commercial initiatives.
As the first GTM hire, you will collaborate with product and marketing to translate customer needs into strategic opportunities, build strong client relationships, and define metrics that demonstrate impact and growth.
