Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

• Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and special education procedures
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt speech therapy techniques to different age groups and learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services tailored to student needs and goals
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state regulations
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success in the classroom
• Participate in staff meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as required
