Mission Readiness Associate 2

Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology , is seeking a Mission Readiness Associate 2 to join their team. As a Mission Readiness Associate 2 , you will be part of the Mission Readiness Department supporting the Fleet Operations, Vehicle Readiness, and Base Operations teams . The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills , excellent communication skills , and a team-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Mission Readiness Associate 2 Location: Miami, FL 33137 Pay Range: $29/hour What’s the Job? Support daily fleet operations and ensure vehicles are mission-ready for testing and service activities. Perform vehicle upkeep, including cleaning, charging, software bring-up, and readiness verification. Provide logistical support for the movement, storage, and organization of vehicles, equipment, and spare parts. Execute mission preparation procedures, verify software and hardware configurations, and escalate issues as needed. Assist with incident response, vehicle recovery efforts, and general testing support activities. What’s Needed? 2–4 years of relevant work experience in operations, logistics, technical support, or a related field. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to pass MVR, background, and drug screenings. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift. Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and the ability to work effectively on a team.
