Responsibilities Guide homebuyers through the new construction sales process from initial contact to closing. Communicate effectively with clients face-to-face and by phone to understand needs and provide solution-focused guidance. Present community options, floor plans, and features to prospective buyers and close sales. Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, incentives, and competitive landscape to support timely decisions. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and on-site teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Qualifications Proven sales track record with a competitive spirit and a passion for achieving results. Experience in a commission-based role is preferred. Strong communication skills, both in person and on the phone. Weekend work is required for this position. Willingness to learn our process and use available tools to succeed. Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation package, including a car and phone allowance.
