Production Designer (Revit)

Required Qualifications & Skills Background in Drafting, Architectural Technology, CAD/BIM, Architecture, or a related design discipline — technical school, certificate program, associate’s, or bachelor’s degree all welcome, as is equivalent professional experience Understanding of construction drawings and documentation practices Hands-on Revit experience, including family placement and sheet/annotation setup Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Enjoys spatial coordination and the aesthetic side of design Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) Preferred Qualifications & Skills Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related discipline Familiarity with xrefs, blocks, sheet sets, and annotation standards in AutoCAD Exposure to BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Experience with Bluebeam, Dropbox, or other Autodesk platforms Responsibilities & Duties Produce accurate construction drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit Assist with BIM modeling and project documentation Prepare sheet work, annotations, schedules, and detail callouts Learn and apply Martin Aquatic’s design and drafting standards Use internal standards libraries and templates efficiently Coordinate with other disciplines to maintain drawing accuracy Support senior designers and engineers with technical documentation Annual Bonus Minimum of 3 weeks PTO + paid holidays and sick time Excellent company-paid employee medical Sponsored dental, vision and Teladoc plans 401(k) program participation with employer contribution Reasonable flex schedule Opportunities to experience resorts and theme parks Paid covered/adjacent parking in Downtown Orlando Innovative office environment and team culture!
