Gentle Dental is looking for a Dental Assistant to support our Oral Surgeon at our Ashland practice. We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates , making this a great opportunity whether you're looking for a consistent full-time schedule or want to add surgical days to your current schedule.

The Opportunity

In this role, you'll work closely alongside our Oral Surgeon and clinical team, helping create a smooth, comfortable experience for patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Oral Surgery assisting experience is preferred , but we're also interested in experienced Dental Assistants who are excited about expanding their surgical skills.

Schedule

Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities available

Full-time schedule: Tuesday–Friday

Part-time candidates are also encouraged to apply. We are happy to discuss schedule availability and find a consistent schedule that works for both you and the practice.

Pay

$30.00–$32.00 per hour, DOE

Starting pay may increase based on experience and additional certifications.

Qualifications

• Dental Assisting experience
• Oral Surgery assisting experience preferred
• Certificate from a Dental Assisting Program
• Valid healthcare provider CPR/BLS certification

Qualifications That May Increase Starting Pay

• Oral Surgery or specialty assisting experience
• EFDA certification
• X-Ray certification
• Bilingual Spanish
• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), when applicable
