Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

With 21 clinics across Oregon and continued growth, we’re looking for Primary Care Providers who want meaningful patient relationships, strong clinical support, and real work-life balance. We are actively hiring for our Southern Oregon clinics.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or AGNP-PC), PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligibility to obtain)
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or relevant specialty
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficient with electronic health records (NextGen experience a plus)
