• 4 x 10hr days -- Mon - Thu, 8 am - 6:30 pm
• Avg 16 - 20 patients per day
• Clinic setting
• Experience with chronic conditions, substance use disorder, and behavioral health required
• Gender affirming care and women's health experience needed
• Full spectrum primary care -- pediatrics to geriatrics
• Hospital privileges required
• Min 2 years full spectrum primary care experience required
