Director of Projects & Maintenance

Director of Projects & Maintenance Compensation: $70,000–$90,000/year We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on construction and maintenance professional to lead projects, crews, estimating, and day-to-day maintenance operations. This is an ideal role for someone who really knows construction , can price and estimate jobs, manage crews, solve problems in the field, and make sure projects are completed correctly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Estimate, scope, and price construction and maintenance jobs Manage multiple projects from start to finish Schedule and oversee field crews and subcontractors Coordinate materials, equipment, timelines, and labor Inspect completed work and maintain quality standards Troubleshoot construction and maintenance issues Develop job scopes, budgets, and schedules Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members Help prioritize and manage ongoing building maintenance Be a hands-on leader who can step in and solve problems when needed Ideal Candidate Strong background in construction and building maintenance Experienced estimating and pricing jobs Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and repairs Able to read scopes/plans and accurately assess labor and materials Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in the field and managing multiple priorities Basic Spanish-speaking ability is a plus Reliable, practical, and willing to get involved when the job requires it The ideal person is a “get it done” construction professional who understands both the field and the numbers. #J-18808-Ljbffr ConstrctionBuilding Company
