What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? Analyze requirement, propose solution, write user stories, guide team, communicate with business.
Understand business requirement. Translate business requirement into technical requirement. Understand current stack and propose solutions to business problem. Build a resilient architecture.
What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? Rally Service Now Understanding of Java full stack Mongo DB Kafka Microservices.
What skills/attributes are a must have? 2 years Java full stack, 1 year Mongo, 2 years DevOps, knowledge of Kafka.
What skills/attributes are nice to have? DevOps.
What are the work hours? Day.
What does the interview process look like? a. How many rounds? 2 b. Video vs. phone? MS Teams (Video) c. How technical will the interviews be? 1 Technical interview and 1 Overall Background interview.
