About MNTN MNTN is a remote-first company that’s passionate about creating innovative advertising solutions for Connected TV (CTV). Their self-service platform is transforming CTV into a powerful performance marketing channel, and they’re looking for a talented designer to help them continue to grow. The Opportunity The Senior Product Designer will play a key role in shaping the future of MNTN’s user interface. You’ll be a leader and collaborator, working with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and translate them into beautiful, user-centric designs. Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers and engineers to bring product visions to life
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for improvement
• Design and prototype intuitive user experiences
• Create mockups, wireframes, and other design artifacts
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are feasible and functional
• Prioritize design tasks and manage backlogs
• Champion the user experience across all departments
• Contribute to the MNTN design system and maintain design consistency

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing SaaS platforms and consumer apps
• Strong portfolio showcasing a passion for user-centered design
• Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Proven ability to create user stories and prioritize design work
• Experience building and maintaining design systems
• Proficiency in Figma and design system tools
• Experience with Jira and project management best practices
