About MNTN MNTN is a remote-first company that’s passionate about creating innovative advertising solutions for Connected TV (CTV). Their self-service platform is transforming CTV into a powerful performance marketing channel, and they’re looking for a talented designer to help them continue to grow. The Opportunity The Senior Product Designer will play a key role in shaping the future of MNTN’s user interface. You’ll be a leader and collaborator, working with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and translate them into beautiful, user-centric designs. Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers and engineers to bring product visions to life
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Design and prototype intuitive user experiences
- Create mockups, wireframes, and other design artifacts
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are feasible and functional
- Prioritize design tasks and manage backlogs
- Champion the user experience across all departments
- Contribute to the MNTN design system and maintain design consistency
- 5+ years of experience designing SaaS platforms and consumer apps
- Strong portfolio showcasing a passion for user-centered design
- Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Proven ability to create user stories and prioritize design work
- Experience building and maintaining design systems
- Proficiency in Figma and design system tools
- Experience with Jira and project management best practices
