Conduct proactive inspections to identify potential failures before they impact field operations. Manage the lifecycle of equipment components through precise replacement and repair techniques. Document service activities and equipment health to maintain accurate fleet maintenance records. Coordinate with site operators to prioritize urgent repairs and optimize equipment availability. Adhere to rigorous safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all team members. Qualifications Required Skills Proven professional experience as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic. Deep technical proficiency in diesel engines, hydraulic circuits, and electrical diagnostics. Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve mechanical failures. Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean record. Physical capability to perform manual labor and lift heavy components. Strong commitment to reliability and attention to detail in high-stakes environments. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with concrete pumping equipment or specialized construction machinery.
