IT Service Delivery Technician

The IT Support/Coordinator role is responsible for maintaining accurate records of hardware and software assets, ensuring support and maintenance agreements are in place, and assisting in or leading IT-related projects. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities Maintain a complete inventory of all IT hardware, software, and peripherals Ensure all IT equipment has valid support and maintenance agreements Assist in planning, coordinating, and leading IT projects Provide support for IT-related activities and ensure smooth operations Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders Maintain documentation related to IT assets and processes Required Qualifications 1–3 years of relevant IT support or coordination experience Strong organizational and project management skills Good communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr Compunnel, Inc.
