About the Role The Maintenance & Operations Technician is responsible for supporting facility maintenance, EHS activities, forklift operations, and production requirements, as needed, to ensure safe and efficient site operations. Job Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on facility and production equipment. Support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs, inspections, and housekeeping activities. Operate forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, totes, and pallets throughout the facility. Load and unload trucks and assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory activities. Restock production materials and maintain warehouse organization. Perform production operator duties, including filling bags, as needed to support customer demand and staffing requirements. Maintain a safe, neat, and clean work environment. Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Site Leader. Job Requirements Must be able to follow verbal and written procedures and instructions relating to safety, quality, and production. PPE is required - safety toe shoes or boots (safety glasses and ear plugs will be provided). Maintain a safe, neat, and clean work environment including work area and equipment. Must be able to stand in one area for extended periods of time, performing repetitive tasks. Forklift experience is preferred.
