Pay Scale: $23.00–$28.00 per hour (base pay)

Additional compensation: In addition to base pay, this role is eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus program that rewards strong results, subject to program terms.

Work arrangement: On-site

Work Schedule

Your work hours will encompass varying shift options, on-site at our Newport Beach office. You must be available to work weekends [on rotation] and potential holidays. Schedules are set in advance, but may range from start times as early as 7am to as late as 11am.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for accident victims calling Sweet James.
• Listen with empathy and urgency, reassuring clients in moments of pain and confusion.
• Confidently explain our services and help clients take the step of signing with our firm.
• Qualify potential cases quickly and accurately, ensuring we're aligned to deliver results.
• Drive performance while maintaining the highest standards of care.
• Take initiative in every interaction, leading conversations, overcoming objections, and closing retainers.
• Operate with both empathy and command, balancing compassion with persistence.
• Collaborate with legal and client service teams to ensure smooth case handoffs.

Qualifications

• A solid work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be available to work after hours and occasional weekends
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
