We're looking for an experienced sales professional with a background in Home Warranty, Real Estate, Mortgage, or Title who has an established book of business and a passion for building lasting relationships. Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission No Commission Caps – Your earning potential is unlimited Company Credit Card for business travel and expenses Paid Training and Ongoing Professional Development Career Growth Opportunities with a leading national home services company Manage and grow your own sales territory About the Role As a Territory Account Executive – Real Estate Services , you'll be responsible for developing new business and strengthening existing relationships with: Mortgage Professionals You’ll serve as a trusted partner by educating clients on our home warranty programs while providing exceptional service and ongoing support. This is a relationship-driven, business-to-business outside sales role requiring daily travel throughout your assigned Raleigh, SC territory. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals and brokerages. Conduct daily face-to-face sales appointments and presentations. Schedule and facilitate office presentations and Lunch & Learn sessions. Travel throughout the Raleigh, SC territory, visiting real estate offices and industry partners. Distribute marketing materials and promotional resources. Generate referrals and expand your professional network. Educate partners on our products, enrollment process, and best practices. Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM activities daily. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals. Attend networking events, industry meetings, and community functions. Deliver outstanding customer service and ongoing account support. Qualifications Required Experience Home Warranty, Real Estate, Mortgage, or Title industry experience required Existing book of business within the real estate industry strongly preferred Minimum of 3 years of successful sales, recruiting, or account management experience At least 2 years as a top-producing outside or direct sales professional Proven success in prospecting, networking, and closing new business Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently while managing a sales territory Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software Valid driver's license Bachelor's degree preferred What Makes You Successful?
