The Infusion Contracts team is the bridge that helps connect customers and the Sales team with business requirements to build winning deal structures. This team of deal architects embodies the BD values to confidently advise and compliantly grow the business while making BD easy to do business with. The team holds itself to the highest levels of quality and accountability to deliver an excellent end customer experience. As a Compliance Analyst, this position is expected to apply strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and contract process knowledge to support the selling organization in maintaining compliant agreements. In addition, the Analyst will partner with Contracts leadership and team members to support process improvements, reporting, and workflow efficiencies.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer compliance with Infusion Disposables Agreement commitments, including annual dollar-volume spend obligations, minimum purchase requirements, and agreed-upon product-category share or utilization thresholds for BD products.
• Review contract performance data, customer purchasing patterns, category spend, rebate or chargeback information, and related reporting to help identify potential shortfalls, leakage, or non-compliance by comparing actual purchasing behavior against contractual obligations.
• Work with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Rebates/Chargebacks, Customer Service, and Contracts leadership to share compliance findings, support customer follow-up, maintain remediation documentation, and track progress against Disposables Agreement commitments.
• Review Disposables Agreements and related contract amendments to confirm key performance measurement requirements are captured and can be tracked accurately.
• Develop working knowledge of Infusion Disposables products, pricing, rebates, service and maintenance requirements, contract terms, and GPO contract requirements.
• Follow contract policies, procedures, and approval workflows; flag potential issues; escalate risks to appropriate business or Law Group partners; and help maintain consistent application of contract standards across business offerings.
• Assist with post-deal contract lifecycle questions, including contract obligation review, billing and revenue inquiries, invoicing or reconciliation matters, expired or terminated agreements, and Sales or customer requests.
• Support process improvement efforts by helping update templates, standard terms, system requirements, process documentation, knowledge-sharing resources, and other operational efficiency tools.
• Use technology platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, iCertis, Conga CLM and CPQ, Salesforce, PowerBI, SAP, and related tools to support contract offer activities, workflow management, reporting, data analysis, quote generation, and contract lifecycle tracking.
• Support team goals and KPIs, including contract cycle time, data accuracy, proposal quality, workflow completion, collaboration, risk mitigation, agility, accountability, and alignment with BD Values.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma with 5 years of experience in contract compliance, pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics; OR Bachelors degree and 1 year of experience in contract compliance, pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics required.
• 1 year experience working in a healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or related industry environment preferred.
• Experience reviewing contract performance, customer spend data, product-category utilization, rebates, chargebacks, or related commercial reporting to assess compliance with contractual commitments is preferred.
• Strategic and analytical problem solver with business acumen. Able to evaluate key business drivers and develop clear strategic recommendations.
• Proven ability to quickly establish credibility, trust, and support within all levels of organization.
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
• Self-starter, minimal supervision in performing assigned tasks.

The salary or hourly rate offered is determined by the role's specific requirements, including any applicable step rate pay system at the work location. Salary or hourly pay ranges are influenced by labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location which may also affect the workplace arrangement of the role.

Salary Range Information
