Customer Solutions Representative

Our growing team is looking for motivated individuals to join us as Customer Solutions Representatives . This full-time, in-person position works with customers needing automotive glass repair and replacement services through our partnership with a trusted industry provider.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and building a professional career. No previous automotive experience is requiredwe provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Speak with customers and provide information about available automotive glass services
- Help customers understand their service options and next steps
- Assist customers with starting the service scheduling process
- Answer questions regarding appointments, services, and general coverage information
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow company procedures
- Work alongside team members to ensure customers receive excellent service
- Build strong relationships through professional and friendly communication

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional attitude
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or automotive experience is helpful but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Work Location
This is a full-time, in-person position based in North Charleston, SC 29420 . Team members work directly with customers in the local area and represent our company with professionalism and a customer-first approach.
