We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our dynamic team in Gainesville, GA. If you have a passion for welding and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures, ensuring the highest quality standards while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

• Perform MIG welding on various metal components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
• Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and project goals.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior welders as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding preferred.
• Proven experience as a MIG Welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a welding environment.
• Certification in MIG welding is a plus.
