Bilingual French Customer Service Manager

Working fully remote, the Bilingual French Customer Service Case Manager will deliver exceptional customer experiences by guiding clients through the pre-purchase journey, resolving inquiries, and fostering long-term loyalty to a leading automotive brand. Key responsibilities Build trust with customers by providing accurate product information and support throughout the pre-purchase process Manage inbound calls, emails, and chats professionally while efficiently resolving customer inquiries and concerns Document customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and overall satisfaction Required qualifications High school diploma required; an Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred Bilingual in English and Canadian French (Fluent) with the ability to pass verbal and written assessments Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, call center, hospitality, public relations, or sales Experience in a luxury field (hospitality or brand product) is a plus Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus Virtual Vocations Inc
