Bilingual Customer Experience Agent (Fully Remote)

Report to the Manager of Support and join the Customer Experience team. Collaborate with customer success and onboarding managers to provide outstanding support. Work hours between 8:30am - 5:00pm PST. What You’ll Be Doing: Handle inbound inquiries and support requests in written and verbal French and English. Proactively reach out to customers needing assistance or account reviews. Identify customer goals and direct them to best practices. Who You Are: Minimum 2 years in customer-facing support within a SaaS environment. Excellent communicator with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
