The role is open due to an internal promotion into a Business Unit Manager position, demonstrating a clear path for continued growth within the organization.This is a hands-on leadership role managing 2-3 Customer Service Representatives while working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales. The ideal candidate has a strong customer service or customer operations background within a manufacturing environment, is highly organized, comfortable working with data, and strong in Excel.Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required for a strong candidate who is ready to take the next step into leadership.Requirements3-5+ years of customer service, customer operations, order management, sales support, or similar experienceExperience working for a manufacturing company is requiredStrong Microsoft Excel skillsExperience managing customer orders, delivery expectations, and issue resolutionStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and SalesBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experiencePrevious supervisory or team-lead experience preferred, but not requiredAerospace experience is NOT requiredWhat You Will DoLead and support a team of 2-3 Customer Service RepresentativesOversee customer orders from entry through delivery and ensure commitments are communicated accuratelyServe as an escalation point for customer service, delivery, pricing, and order-related issuesWork closely with Operations and Supply Chain to align customer requirements with manufacturing capacitySupport quotations, pricing, order entry, warrantyservice claims, and customer onboardingBuild strong relationships with key customers and proactively resolve issuesCoach and develop team members while improving overall customer service performance
