You help sustain our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and claims processes.ResponsibilitiesAssist customers through the entire claims process - including but not limited to helping them file the initial claim, following up throughout the process and communicating with repair shops / restoration companies / etc.Build relationships with State Farm adjusters to establish rapport for future claims.Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships.QualificationsExperiencing managing client relationships preferredExcellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listeningAble to anticipate customer needsAble to effectively relate to a customerBenefitsPaid time off (holidays and personal/sick days)Salary plus commission/bonusGrowth potential/opportunities for advancement within my agencyCompensation: $50,000.00 per yearDo you want a career and not just a job?We are a very busy office and are looking for our next great team member.
