Architectural Designer (Residential)

About The Role The Crowd are partnering with a boutique, design‑led architecture practice based in Brooklyn, known for delivering thoughtful and beautifully crafted projects across the residential, mixed‑use, hospitality and commercial sectors. With a strong pipeline of work and a collaborative studio culture, they are looking for Architectural Designers to join their growing team. This opportunity would suit a talented Architectural Designer looking to further develop their technical and design experience within a supportive and fast‑paced environment. You will work closely with Project Managers, senior designers and leadership teams on multi‑family residential developments, contributing across multiple project phases and playing an active role in the design process from early concepts through to delivery. The studio offers a highly collaborative and sociable environment, with strong mentorship and clear opportunities for professional growth. The role is full‑time and hybrid, with three days in the studio and two remote. Key Responsibilities Support the design and delivery of projects from concept through to construction documentation Produce high‑quality technical drawing packages with strong attention to detail Collaborate closely with Project Managers, senior designers, principals and consultants across all project phases Contribute to design development, presentations and internal design discussions Assist with project coordination and documentation throughout delivery stages Key Skills / Requirements 4+ years of professional experience within architecture Strong Revit proficiency with solid technical documentation skills Experience working on residential or multi‑family projects preferred Design‑focused with strong communication and collaboration skills Proactive, detail‑oriented and eager to continue developing professionally within a team environment The Crowd is an equal opportunities employer and agency. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Crowd
