Surgical Tech Surgery

Schedule

4 scheduled shifts of 10 hours each, from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM. Weekend rotation every 6 weeks as needed. Call and holiday coverage required.

Assignment Details

Contract length is 13 weeks with a guarantee of 72 hours biweekly, not including on-call hours worked.

Requirements

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
• Valid state license
• Experience with orthopedic, spine, and robotic surgeries
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
• CNOR certification preferred
• Must be able to scrub and circulate

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures as a scrub and circulating technician
• Maintain a sterile environment throughout surgical procedures
• Prepare and manage surgical instruments and supplies
• Collaborate with the surgical team for optimal patient care
• Participate in orientation and training sessions as required

Compliance / Notes

Must have been separated from the partner facility for 6 or more months to be considered. Orientation lasting one week is required.
