Reliability Engineer

Reliability EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to support our client by driving operational excellence and continuous improvement within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role will serve as a subject matter expert in performance improvement systems, Lean methodologies, and reliability initiatives, helping deliver improvements in Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost through a data-driven approach.Onsite Locations: Lincoln NE | Oak Hill NY | Guayama PRJob Type: Full-Time Contract (W2)Hourly Rate: $75–$85 per hour. Compensation is negotiable and will be based on the candidate's experience, technical expertise, industry background, and overall qualifications.Key Responsibilities:Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools such as Kaizen, SMED, 5S, Autonomous Maintenance, and Centerlining.Develop, track, and analyze KPIs including OEE, Yield, efficiency, and waste metrics.Support CAPEX justification through financial analysis and project quantification.Drive implementation of digital manufacturing and Operational Excellence tools.Coach and mentor site teams on Lean methodologies, Leader Standard Work (LSW), and best practices.Conduct daily Gemba walks to identify safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction opportunities.Partner with cross-functional teams to execute productivity and reliability projects.Ensure compliance with cGMP, Data Integrity, ALCOA, QMS, QA/QC, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:Engineering degree and/or 5+ years of manufacturing experience.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required.Solid experience with TPM, WCM, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar Operational Excellence systems.Proven project management experience.Supply Chain and manufacturing operations background preferred.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, Power BI, and OEE data collection systems.3+ years in FMCG manufacturing preferredWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status.
