Sales experience is helpful, but attitude, work ethic, and coachability matter more. We can teach you the products and our system. We cannot teach hunger.

Responsibilities:

The Sales Representatives serve as the point of contact between our business and clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.

This is not a boring data-entry position where you silently stare at a computer all day. You’ll be talking, persuading, building relationships, following up, and closing sales.

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Stay informed of best practices and promotional trends 
• Continuously improve through feedback

Pay:

You are paid either your hourly earnings or your earned commission- whichever amount is greater. Strong performers can earn additional monthly and quarterly bonuses.
