Production Operator

Production Operator– $20.50-$26.30 Per Hour DOE (additional $2.00 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts)– Armstrong or Estherville, Iowa ON-SITE The Role Are you experienced in operating manufacturing machinery and reading technical drawings? Key Responsibilities Read job specifications and technical drawings Set machine guides, stops and controls to required measurements Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Inspect products and check measurements against specifications Identify machine issues or product defects during production Carry out basic machine maintenance, including lubrication Support machine set‑ups and production changeovers Stack, mark and pack finished products Help train and support new team members Maintain high housekeeping standards and support 5S activities Attend team meetings and work closely with colleagues across the plant Complete other duties as required The Company Moveero is the world’s leading manufacturer of off‑highway wheels, supplying a proven range of high‑quality products and systems.
