Call Notes:

• Open for all visa.
• Location: Hybrid Onsite in McLean Tuesday through Thursday.

• Must Haves: Jira, ServiceNow, Jenkins, MSOffice, & Excellent Communication.
• There would be 2 rounds of interview and both would be onsite in McLean, VA at Freddie Mac office.
• First round interview would be for 60 minutes and 2nd one would be sorter one.
• 3 vetting questions.
• Experience IT PM, knowledge with SDLC and New technologies on deployment side.
• Who has excellent communication skills, about business, IT and ICM (Investment and capital Market Division)
• Model Implementation Department.
• Daily meeting for each project.
• Who can take care of all competition of delivery and project.
• Sometimes work is required to work on Friday Night and Saturdays as per need. Couple of in a months. It would be 40/Hours week. If they are working on Fridays and Saturday, they can take off for those hours over week.
• Need a PM, someone who is very familiar with new technology, Deployment and release.
• Degree is required.
• Preferred: UNIX basic command.
• 88 Deployment were last years.
• He would be dealing with all kind of technical parties so that can resolve issue with minimum time.
• Final discussion would be VP and he needs a professional with Degree.
• System Admin would be plus but not required.
• Candidate must be Expert in Jira. He should know what are Jira components. They should know how ServiceNow work.
• Need Expertise in Office Suite.
• Need technologies in Deployment / Infrastructure.
• Who should know difference between Monolithic and Microservices and can know to whom he has to talk when there is an issue in application.
• Ideal year of experience: 5 to 10 years.
• Mortgage / Financial experience in not required.

Preferred: for experience Basic Unix Commands, Degree in Tech Management or Systems Engineering would be ideal.

Schedule: 40 Hr. Occasional flexibility required after hour or on weekends for deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Tracking: Keep meticulous track of project releases, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Release Management: Coordinate and facilitate the release process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and successful releases.
• Product Tracker and Jira Updates: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in project management tools such as Jira and product trackers, ensuring visibility and transparency for all stakeholders.
• Mortgage Market and Underwriting Knowledge: Apply expertise in mortgage market trends and underwriting processes to advise project decisions and requirements.
• Software Development Collaboration: Work closely with software development teams to understand technical requirements, resolve issues, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Resource Management: Track project resources efficiently, including personnel, budget, and time allocation, to optimize project outcomes.
• Deck Updates: Build and update project-related presentations and decks, providing relevant information to stakeholders and senior management as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of proven hands-on experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the mortgage industry or related field.
• At least 2 years of technical project management experience
• Experience performing requirement analysis and document for technical development teams.
• Solid ability to work within the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience presenting reports and presentations to team members, partners and leadership.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with proficiency in Jira or similar project management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse colleagues.
• Familiarity with software development processes and terminology.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, lead multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
