Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the direction of the radiologist and facility management, operates MRI equipment for diagnostic purposes. Incumbent will demonstrate the ability to display independent judgment and initiative; will consider the age and special characteristics of the patient to optimize patient care. Participates in the growth and development of the department through policy and procedures development, PI activities and provision of continuing education for professional health care workers.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• (ARRT-MR) Magnetic Resonance Imaging must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
• Associate Degree
